Finally, they are hand polished to a non-slippery sheen using natural carnauba wax which will not crack and peel like cheap, sprayed-on finishes.
- Colt Post-1966 Precision Fit: Specifically engineered for short-frame (2 5/8") revolvers including the Detective Special, Diamondback, DS-II, Lady Special, Magnum Carry, Police Positive Special, SF-VI, Agent, Cobra, King Cobra, and Viper.
- Fitment Requirements & Exclusions: This grip is designed for steel frames (Serial #D900101+) and lightweight aluminum frames (Serial #200101LW+); it will NOT fit pre-1966 models with the longer 3 1/4" grip frame or rounded bottom corners.
- Durable OverMolded Design: Made from premium rubber for long-lasting comfort and reliability. Can be tight on some frames. It is recommended to heat the grip up before installation on the tight-fitting frames to make stretching the finger grooves around the front strap easier.
- Non-Slip Rubber Grip: Hogue's famous Cobblestone pattern ensures a secure hold for consistent performance in any condition.
